It’s a beautiful day. The sun is shining

Megan discovered yoga as an elective her senior year at Clemson. It was love at first down dog and she just knew that one day, she’d find her way to the front of the room as a teacher to share this practice with others. While pregnant with Baby #2 in 2013, Megan discovered the deeper connection to enhancing her physical / mental health and the healing power of yoga. Since then, Megan has been on a journey of self-discovery and a total life overhaul with a combination of meditation, journaling, a healthy diet and a regular yoga practice. Every. Damn. Day.​

While Megan loves hot, power flow classes, don’t be surprised to see her in gentle, yin and restorative classes too. It’s all about the balance! She is RYT200 certified in Hatha style yoga and loves teaching themed vinyasa flow classes that are accessible to beginners while providing a challenge to more experienced yogis. She also teaches gentle, yin and power classes and she loves making yoga and a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone. Check out her Instagram page for more of that!

Recently, Megan left her career in the non-profit world to pursue a life of passion, which includes being a more present wife and mom, teaching yoga, helping families move (she’s a licensed real estate agent), reading good books, and experimenting in the kitchen with real, yummy, organic food. You can still find her at business events as Chairwoman of Cobb Young Professionals, on the Board of Directors at the Cobb Chamber, and on several committees for Leadership Cobb. Combining all passion areas of her life has become an exciting challenge to Megan. She offers a workshop that is both fun and informative for corporate or convention sessions and is available for group or individual health coaching and group or private yoga classes. She focuses on simple, achievable ways to relieve stress, live healthy and find balance.

Whether you are an athlete, full-time employee or busy mom, Megan will develop specific sequences to help you manage stress, find relief with hip and shoulder opening postures and release tight hamstrings. Studio Classes

Megan's strength is in teaching fun, upbeat power and vinyasa flow classes but she also finds a lot of enjoyment in offering the softer side of yoga in teaching beginner and gentle classes.  Regardless of the style, Megan offers mindful modifications as well as opportunities to work into deeper expressions of the pose. Corporate & Hotel

Megan’s background in the hospitality industry has set her up well to understand the needs of both hoteliers and corporate clients alike. Wellness programs for employees, exclusive guest classes and community classes hosted by the hotel are all available.
